Insurance:

Relational Growth Therapy does not accept insurance.

However, I can provide a receipt from each session (called a Superbill). The Superbill can be submitted to your insurance for partial reimbursement. If this is something you are interested in, please contact your insurance company and ask "Can I be reimbursed for out-of-network counseling services?"

If your insurance does reimburse for out-of-network services you can set up an account with Mentaya. If you choose to go this route I will submit the reimbursement paperwork for you.

Please note, for insurance to cover out-of-network services I will need to provide a diagnosis.

No Surprises Act:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
